These Terms of Service govern your use of Toc Toc Dance at https://toctocdance.net. By using the service, you agree to them.

Who We Are

Toc Toc Dance (toctocdance.net) is an independent fan-made AI video tool. You can contact us at [email protected].

The Service

Toc Toc Dance lets you upload a photo and get an AI remake of one take of the viral Toc Toc dance, with the person or pet in your photo as the dancer. AI results vary from one render to the next, and we don't guarantee that a video will look a particular way.

Toc Toc Dance is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Patrick Sébastien, Nooah Prvv, TikTok, the creators of the clips shown on the site, or Jean Phil.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. One account per person. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

• Only upload photos you own or have the right to use.
• Every person shown must be 18 or older and must have agreed to be in the video.
• No photos of celebrities or public figures, and no photos of minors.
• Nothing illegal, sexual, hateful or harassing.

We may refuse or remove any content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Labelling AI Content

Videos made with Toc Toc Dance are AI-generated. When you post one, label it as AI-generated, for example with TikTok's AI-generated label, and don't present it as real footage of anyone.

Credits and Payments

Videos are paid for with credits. Credit packs are one-time payments, not subscriptions, and are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and shown before you pay. Credits never expire.

Refunds

• Failed renders. If a render fails, it is retried once for free. If it fails again, the credits come back to your account automatically.
• Refused photos. If the AI's content check refuses your photo, the credits come back to your account automatically.
• Not happy with a finished video. Email [email protected] and we'll refund your payment in money to the original payment method, not in credits.

Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload and give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You can use the videos you generate for your personal posts, including on social platforms. The song and the choreography belong to their creators.

Termination

You may stop using Toc Toc Dance at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed; these Terms were last updated on 25 October 2026. Continuing to use Toc Toc Dance after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
