This Privacy Policy explains how Toc Toc Dance ("we", "us"), an independent fan-made AI video tool, handles information when you use https://toctocdance.net. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].

Information We Collect

1. Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile picture (avatar).
2. Photos you upload. The photo you provide so we can make your video, including the person or pet shown in it.
3. Generated videos. The videos we make for you, and related details such as their status and creation time.
4. Payment information. Which pack you bought and whether the payment went through. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are handled by Stripe, not by us, and we never see or store your full card number.
5. Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics and cookies to understand how the site is used. We also set a first-visit source cookie named ft that records how you first arrived at the site (for example, the referring website); it lasts 30 days.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you request, run your account, process payments and credits, prevent abuse, keep the service working, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We use your uploaded photo only to make the video you asked for. We do not sell your data, photos or videos.

Who Receives Your Data

To run Toc Toc Dance we rely on providers for hosting and file storage, AI video generation, payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google) and analytics (Google Analytics). They receive only what they need to do their job for us.

To make your video, your photo is sent to the AI video provider. It is sent only for that purpose, and the provider does not keep your photos.

Storage and Deletion

Your uploaded photos are stored in the site's own storage, and your generated videos are kept so you can watch and download them from your account's history. You can ask us to delete your photos and videos, or your account data, at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain processing or receiving a copy of your data.

Minors

Photos of minors are not accepted. Anyone shown in an uploaded photo must be 18 or older and must have agreed to be in the video.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, for analytics (Google Analytics) and for the ft first-visit source cookie described above. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
